SCOTTISH VINTAGE BUS MUSEUM - WAJ 112
| New to Watson's of Huntington, near
York, this small coach possibly worked on Skye but its
last PSV operator was Pettigrew of Mauchline, Ayrshire.
The chassis was designed for front-entrance bodywork but
the door of its 1960 Plaxton body has been positioned
behind the front axle, apparently to compete with small
Bedfords of the period. It was used as the illustration on an Albion Technical Data Sheet with registration number ALB 112. The owner understands that it will shortly be featured in the Biggar Museum Trust magazine. |

WAJ 112 arrived
at the museum in November 1999 in the state seen on the left.
Any further information on this vehicle would be greatfully received
