HISTORY OF THIS VEHICLE
ULS 717X was new to W. Alexander & Sons (Midland) Ltd, fleet no MPE417, on 13th April 1982. It was the last T type Leopard delivered to Midland and operated at Stirling, then Bannockburn.
It was withdrawn by First in September 2000 and went straight to preservation.
RESTORATION DETAILS
Restoration on this coach has not started in earnest yet although some minor jobs have been carried out, and the boot floor replaced and boot lid inserted into the boot-less rear panel the vehicle had acquired at some stage in its life. (Gavin F Booth)
