of the rally. Not every rally taking place during the year is included
(even though most will have a few AECs at them). "Buses"

Eastbourne

Country Bus Rallies Eastbourne running day.
Features buses of Eastbourne Corporation, Southdown and some
visiting London vehicles. Eastbourne AECs that may be used are
a Regent III, Regent V and Regal. Some RFs, RTs and RMs are

The Quantock Motor Services heritage fleet
will run frequent free services between Taunton and the West
Somerset Railway annual vintage vehicle rally at Norton Fitzwarren.
An AEC Reliance, Regal and some Regents are members of this
fleet and are likely to appear. Further details on these services

Lakeside/Bluewater
|
Ensignbus Vintage Bus special. Route X81 runs
Bluewater-Lakeside-Shenfield, route X55 from Upminster to Lakeside,
both half-hourly and with open-top buses (to include RM374 and
RT3435) on both routes. Other RMs and RTs will also feature,
and with buses from the 1930s-1970s promised and with eight
on the road at any one time, there should be plenty of variety
- plus another opportunity for scenic pictures at Warley.

RFs and RTs, based on Edgeware with frequent free services to

Friends of the East Kent running day in conjunction
with the Kent Mining Festival at Fowlmead Country Park between
Deal and Sandwich. Frequent all day service between Deal and
Sandwich plus some extensions to Aylesham and Thanet, and a
park and ride service for festival (on Sunday 29th just the
park and ride service runs). Expect a good turn out of preserved
East Kent Regent Vs, with possibly a Swift, and a few more modern
